User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the AI Business Platform, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. User Accounts
To access certain features of our platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this User Agreement. You agree not to use our platform:
- In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior consent
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity
- To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone‘s use or enjoyment of the platform
4. Intellectual Property
The platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by the Company, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the User Agreement.
6. Changes to User Agreement
We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days‘ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
